Team & Settings
Manage your account, invite team members, and customize your experience.
Team Management
If you work with partners, assistants, or operations staff, you can invite them to your HostCaptain company account. This gives them access to the same vehicles, earnings, expenses, and maintenance data.
Inviting Team Members
- Go to the Team page from the sidebar
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your company
💡 Note
Invitations expire after 7 days. If the invitation isn't accepted in time, you can send a new one.
Roles
- Owner — Full access including team management, company settings, and billing
- Member — Access to all operational data (vehicles, earnings, expenses, maintenance) but cannot manage team members or billing
Settings
The Settings page lets you manage:
Profile
Update your display name and profile photo.
Company
Change your company name (visible to team members).
Subscription
View your current plan, upgrade to Pro or Scale, or manage your billing through the billing portal. Annual plans offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
Feedback
Found a bug or have a feature request? Use the feedback form on the Settings page to let us know. You can include screenshots or attachments to help us understand the issue.
Account Deletion
⚠️ Permanent Action
Deleting your account removes all your data — vehicles, earnings, expenses, maintenance tasks, and conversation history. This action cannot be undone. If you're the company owner, the entire company and all its data will be deleted.
